The Marysville-Yuba City Soroptimists are hosting their annual fundraiser, “Laughlines Comedy Club,” on Saturday, March 5, at the Bonanza Inn Convention Center.
Doors open at 7 p.m. for pre-show roving appetizers and raffle giveaways, followed at 8 p.m. by three hilarious comedians: Sacramento-based Mike Betancourt; Cheryl “The Soccer Mom” Anderson; and headliner Michael Winslow of the “Police Academy” films, also known as “the man of 10,000 sound effects.” Local dentist and personality Jimmy Earll will emcee.
